PROTOCOL GOVERNING WEATHER

In the event of unfavourable weather conditions resulting from rain, wind or fog, with uncertain weather forecasts, but with the course being in good playing condition, the Management may defer to the players' own decision to make use of their right to play, and an announcement will be put up on the notice board in the Clubhouse.

If the player decides NOT to take to the course, the player is entitled to a voucher for a round in identical conditions to those subscribed, valid for 1 year from the date of issue and which must be stamped and signed by the Management.

In the event that the player should voluntarily decide to play, should he subsequently withdraw, the following rules will prevail:
If he has played 1 hole or more, the player will be eligible to a voucher for 9 holes, if he has played 10 holes or more, the player will not be eligible for any voucher whatsoever.
Vouchers will be valid for a period of 1 year from their date of issue, and must be stamped and signed by the Management in order to be valid.

In the event of unfavourable weather conditions resulting from rain, wind or fog, with uncertain weather forecasts, and with the course NOT being in good playing condition, the Management may delay the start of the game until such a time as risks of damage to ground conditions is minimised.

Those players who miss out on their tee time as a result of these conditions will be allocated another tee time later the same day, or the following day, subject to availability. In the event that another tee time cannot be allocated, a voucher for a round under the same conditions will be offered, valid for 1 year from its date of issue.
